Child-safety is built into the data layer. Players only ever see their own linked children and team-public info, other families' contact details are never exposed, and sensitive actions are audited.

Yes. Each club is a fully isolated tenant, and a user can belong to several clubs with different roles. You switch between them without any data leaking across clubs.
